Our Story
Sierra Merchant Solutions was founded in 2012 with a simple idea: Northern Nevada businesses deserve a local payment processing partner who actually picks up the phone.
Based in Carson City, we’ve spent over a decade helping merchants across the region — from downtown Reno restaurants to Lake Tahoe vacation rental companies — find the right payment solutions. We’re not a giant call center. We’re your neighbors, and we treat your business like it matters.
Today, we serve hundreds of merchants across Northern Nevada and the Tahoe region with merchant accounts, POS systems, ecommerce solutions, and PCI compliance support.
